An EMV Contactless card is a smart electronic payment card following Europay, VISA, and Mastercard standards. There are three types: Credit, Debit, and Prepaid. Contactless technology allows for secure, touch-free payments.
VISA and Mastercard credit or prepaid cards with the contactless symbol (4 horizontal waves) on the front or back can be used by tapping at the entry and exit gates.
Currently, debit cards from Krungthai Bank and UOB are accepted. Other banks are under development and will be announced later.
System development is ongoing. Support for other card networks and smart devices will be announced once ready.

No. These cards are issued by banks. MRT station staff do not have access to your bank card's transaction data.

1. Visit the website and click 'Register'. 2. Fill in your name, email, phone, and password. 3. Verify via Email OTP. 4. Log in, select 'Add Card', and enter card details. 5. Verify via SMS OTP from your bank. No money will be deducted during this process.
Registered users: Log in to see history immediately. Unregistered users: Select 'Check Travel Info', enter card details, and verify via OTP to view 7 days of history.
Log in, select the specific trip, click 'Request Refund', provide a reason/description, and confirm with an Email OTP. Results are usually processed within 14 days.
