How to use the Common Use Self Service System (CUSS) and Self-Service Bag Drop (CUBD) at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Just follow these 5 simple steps: select, print, attach, scan, place.

Step 1: Select

  • Select an identification method.
  • Enter your booking reference.
  • Choose the passenger name.

Step 2: Print

  • Attach the baggage tag to your bag.

Step 4: Scan

  • Scan your boarding pass.
